Do you ever think that something was a great idea in your head, only to follow through and find out half an hour later that it probably wasn’t? Biking across the Golden Gate was a bit like that. Despite being severely under-dressed (crazy winds) and my friend having a faulty bike, we eventually made it.

And it was worth it.

My friend and I were busing our way to Piedmont Boutique, a tourist attraction. It was anti-climatic when we got there, but along the way we saw many other cool shops and sights.

At the Hoover Dam, in front of the Nevada clock. On the right is a similar looking structure that shows an Arizona clock (one hour ahead). As I was skipping back and forth between the two states, I can proudly exclaim that I have achieved Time Travel *tick off the bucket list!*.
